Preventive maintenance agreement

We agreed to provide you with seasonal service for your heating and air conditioning system that will include the following provisions:

  • check thermostat calibration
  • check humidity level
  • check clean AC furnace/trap/drains
  • check motor amperage
  • check capacitor Mfd. readings
  • check for carbon monoxide
  • check heat exchanger for cracks/wear
  • check/clean burners/pilots/flame sensors
  • check gas pressures/adjust if necessary
  • check flue pipes and combination air intakes 
  • check refrigerant levels
  • clean condenser coils inside and out
  • check wires/Control Board conditions
  • check operation of all systems

Preventive maintenance plan customer information

Payment is made upon signature of agreement for upcoming seasonal preventive maintenance. Courtesy calls and scheduling will be made prior to the start of spring fall season.


The fee shall cover all provisions listed at the top of this agreement. If customer requires additional service, customer will be billed at Schulz Heating & Cooling established rates then in effect.


This maintenance Agreement cannot nor does not guarantee any breakdowns of HVAC or related equipment.  Schulz Heating & Cooling cannot be held liable for breakdowns of equipment in between maintenance visits.
